Context and objectives
Leroy Merlin inaugurated its first BREEAM-certified store in 2017 and has been generalizing since the implementation of this certification in order to control the environmental impact of its activity. Accenta is supporting the new Tourcoing store in digitizing the building and optimizing energy consumption (BMS, HVAC, lighting, EV charging stations, etc.).
