To undertake an ambitious decarbonization project, Fnac Darty opted for the installation of a smart BMSinfrastructure completed with its control software.
The work carried out is as follows:
✅ The renovation of two boiler rooms: Replacement of boilers, circulation pumps and control cabinets and desludging of the distribution network
✅ The implementation of class A BMS architecture: Updating of wiring and electrical diagrams and installation of electric meters and temperature sensors
✅ The integration of two software solutions: Effipilot to ensure continuous and dynamic control of equipment in predictive mode using AI and Insight to record energy consumption and CO2 emissions
