Background
In 2021, Prologis, an international player in logistics and industrial real estate, called on Accenta to reduce the energy consumption and CO2 emissions of 2 warehouses located in its logistics park in Moissy-Cramayel.
The project involves replacing the old gas-fired heating system with clean, low-carbon equipment.
Customized solutions from Accenta
Following the preliminary study carried out on the site, the client opted for the installation of a continuous conduction platform (predictive BMS). The system includes:
✅ Replacement of boilers, circulation pumps and control cabinets
✅ Asbestos removal and de-silting of spaces
✅ GTB installation (consumption trackers, ambient sensors, management interface)
✅ Connection with proprietary software :
Effipilot to optimize continuous, dynamic equipment control based on actual building needs
Insight for tracking energy consumption and CO2 emissions
Customer benefits
✅Prologis warehouses now consume 65% less energy and CO2 than a standard solution powered by fossil fuels
✅ A clear response to the accumulation of climate standards, notably those of the BACS decree (obligation to install a BMS by 2025) and the tertiary sector decree (-40% CO2 by 2030, -50% by 2040 and -60% by 2050)
✅ Improved thermal comfort for site employees, thanks to constant adaptation of equipment according to presence schedules, weather conditions and temperature setpoints
✅ Easy management of heating and air conditioning, remotely via PC and smartphone using a customized interface
✅ An increase in the property value of equipped buildings thanks to their new energy-saving label
