Intelligent management of the Espace du Palais shopping center by Redevco in Rouen - 12,000 m²

Background

As part of its carbon plan to reduce its CO₂ emissions by 50% by 2030, Redevco European Ventures Rouen wanted to carry out the energy renovation of its Espace du Palais shopping center, located in the heart of Rouen. The objective: to meet the regulatory requirements of the Tertiaire and BACS decrees, while maintaining user comfort.

Challenges

The main challenge for Redevco European Ventures Rouen was to choose a solution that would:

✅ Comply with regulatory requirements (Tertiary and BACS decrees)

✅ Efficiently manage HVAC and lighting equipment
