Shallow geothermal energy, up to 200 meters, is feasible on approximately 98% of metropolitan France. Accenta's technology, based on probes, does not require the presence of groundwater. For a renovation, a simple piece of land near the building, such as a parking lot, a courtyard or a green space, is sufficient for the installation. This space is only used during the work and can then be used again. In the case of a new construction, the building can be built above the previously installed probe field. For each project, we carry out a preliminary analysis of the site to guarantee its feasibility.
