The international group AXA and PRD, a major player in logistics and tertiary real estate, called on Accenta to change the heating solution of a 18,000 m² temperature-controlled warehouse located in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier.
The objectives for this new building occupied by Rhenus Pharma meet the following challenges:

Axa has chosen a geothermal-based heating and cooling solution to replace its gas heating.
The project provides for the installation of the following elements:
✅ A 5,800 m field of geothermal probes (39 probes 125 m deep)
✅ 2 geothermal heat pumps
✅ 1 aerothermal heat pump
✅ A class A BMS compliant with the BACS decree
